MIKE KORMAN, President and CEO
Mike has over 35 years experience spanning a variety of industries, including defense, government, telecomm, e-commerce, security, and workforce management. Mike offers experience providing solutions in a variety of international environments and cultures. Positions have included software development, engineering, sales support, and sales as both individual contributor and manager/director.
Mike has a degree in Industrial Engineering and an advanced degree in System Engineering from SMU.

NANCY KORMAN, COO
Nancy has 30 years experience in a variety of key software engineering and management positions in the telecommunications and, most recently, digital video industries. As Vice President of Engineering for ESPRE Solutions, she also had responsibility for hardware design, manufacturing, and fulfillment processes. Nancy has exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills that have enabled her to lead engineering teams of all sizes to successful completion of complex telecommunications and internet projects.
Nancy is also a committed volunteer and board member affiliated with a variety of literacy and arts organization.

CRAIG FERONTI, CFO
Craig, through his CPA Practice provides Chief Financial Officer, accounting and tax services to the high tech industry, restaurants, small businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals. His basic focus is toward the high-tech and restaurant industries. All back-office operations are provided including, but not limited to; payroll preparation, accounts payable processing, daily and monthly revenue reporting, tax filing and compliance, financial statement preparation, cash management, internal control implementation, profit and loss consulting and general business accounting, finance and tax consulting.

MICHAEL DEAN, Director of Sales and Marketing
Michael brings over 20 years of experience in the Data Integration and Distribution industry. Michael’s most recent duties were as Vice President of Sales and Business Development for a Global provider of Enterprise Managed File Transfer in the Financial Market space. As a senior level business development executive, Michael has delivered exceptional results in selling and delivering leading edge software sales and consulting services to Fortune 100 companies (as well as second and third-tier companies). He also has extensive experience leveraging alliance partners on strategic opportunities and alternative go-to-market strategies.
Michael is also an avid volunteer. He currently serves on various committees and boards, and is involved in many local non-profit organizations to support the community.

LYNDA DEAN, Director of Customer Care and Customer Support
Lynda has over 25 years of managing and enhancing the customer experience for high tech companies. Her background is varied and diverse, including QA, Customer Care, Training, and Customer Support. This has enhanced her ability to understand and effectively communicate the customer’s wants and needs.
Lynda’s passion is focused on the synchronization and effective management of components vital to customer satisfaction.
